ALMISSUM is designed for families and friends who want to travel together without sharing every room. Each residence has its own kitchen and living area; the pool, terraces and covered dining setting bring the group back together.
From 1 April to 14 November, the complete estate is reserved for one private group. Individual residence stays are available only from 15 November to 31 March, subject to current availability.

Pool mornings, an easy walk to the beach, quiet time in each residence and long dinners together define the rhythm of the estate.

The beach on foot. Omiš, the river and Split within reach.
The estate is in Duće on the Omiš Riviera. Sandy beach mornings, Omiš old town, the Cetina canyon and island days can all begin from one quieter coastal base.

ALMISSUM guest services
Useful arrangements, coordinated around the stay.
Selected services can be planned directly with the host before arrival. The emphasis is practical: fewer handovers and one point of contact for the group.
Dining at the residence
Dalmatian dinner requests, including peka, fish or meat, can be coordinated for the group.
Private days on the Adriatic
Skippered boat formats and selected regional experiences can be discussed with the host.
